Early November PushCall launched a new feature: Call me Later. Outside office hours this feature can be used as a fall back mechanism for Web to Phone and Call me Now.
An online visitor can request a call back inside office hours of the company offering the service. The connection is established at exactly the provided date and time.
The feature acknowledges what online visitors prefer. An online visitor knows when she wants to be connected to the company offering the service (in the car, during lunch break). The online visitor will less likely use such a service when you can expect a call back e.g. during the day or during the afternoon. This is understandable, since the time line is to big to wait for a call back. When you know for sure that you can receive a call back e.g. tomorrow at 9:05 am, you can prepare for the call at your convenience.
The first PushCall customer offering the service is a Dutch insurance company. The Call me Later option improves their service towards their (potential) customers even further.
