Call me Now

Offer your online customers a free contact solution by adding our Call-me-Now button to your website. Your online customers can enter their phone number and they will be directly connected to your existing phone number.
PushCall comes with dynamic queuing functionality to prevent your customers from ending up in an IVR queue after being connected.

Call me Later

Offer your online customers the option to plan a call at a time and date they prefer. This option can be offered during office hours as well as outside office hours. This way your online customers can always use a click to call option.
Your online customers selects a time and date and exactly that moment, the call is automatically initiated. Once your online customer answers the phone, he will hear a message saying that he will be connected to your company (custom messages are possible) and the call is redirected to your company.

Click to Chat
Offer your online customers to start a chat session with one of your agents. Chat is a very easy way for your customers to start communicating with you. Once your agent acknowledges that there is an intention to buy, your agent should convert the chat session to a phone call in order to get the best result.
When you use chat for customer service, your agent can be trained to handle up to 5 simultaneous sessions, in order to reduce cost.

Mail form

Availability of our call solutions is based on office hours which you can determine in your
account webinterface. The availability of chat is based on agents being logged in. When both chat and voice solutions are not available for your online customer, we offer a mail form solution, mainly for our
integrated solutions, our
Flash Overlay Menu and our
Pizza Button Menu.
The mail form is send to the e-mail address you provide in the web interface, and your online customer is able to send a copy of the mail form to her own e-mail address as well.
When you have your mail form available on your website, it is possible to redirect to this form from our Flash Overlay Menu and our Pizza Button Menu.
