A: PushCall focuses on online cusomer contact (or even better; customer engagement) and offers all possible online contact solutions; click-to-call, click-to-chat and click-to-mail. As for the click-to-call solution, PushCall offers a call-me-now solution and an unique web-to-phone solution, which enables your online visitor to cll you directly from the website/browser, without any software installation.
Q: Is it possible to test PushCall?
A: Yes, you can register for a free trial account at
http://www.pushcall.com/en/register.php. If you like it, you can upgrade to a pro account, When you do not upgrade, the trial version will be terminated after 14 days.
Q: What does PushCall cost?
A: PushCall charges a monthly fee of 25 Euro per channel (e.g. to handle 2 simultaneous calls, you need 2 channels) and 25 Euro per operator for the Click-to-Chat solution. The mailform and smart button solutions are offered for free to all paying customers.
We also charge a variable fee for our voice solutions. For most land line destination numbers we charge 25 eurocents, for most mobile destination numbers in the EU we charge 37,5 eurocents, for mobile numbers in the USA and Canada we charge 25 eurocents per minute.
When you use a sip address as the destination address, we charge 25 eurocents per call.
Q: How difficult is it to add PushCall to my website?

http://www.pushcall.com/en/support.php. PushCall offers an URL you can easily hyperlink to from a contact button on your website. We also offer several smart contact buttons in which you can easily integrate several different contact tools. Examples and instructions can also be found on our technical support pages.

A: PushCall solutions are used to improve online customer contact. By improving this online contact, companies can increase their online sales and/or improve customer satisfaction.
